<p>Hey guys, I want to learn how to play chess but I don't know how to teach myself. I've looked up guides on google and youtube but they don't really help. Do any of you have any ideas on how I could learn?</p>

<p>Find a friend or family member who knows how to play and keep playing. Once you bet them you know how to play-unless your opponent is letting you win, normally pretty obvious.</p>

<p>I usually google them or find tutorials on youtube, like playing the guitar. But its not working out this time.</p>
