LearnLink help???

<p>I tried to log on to LearnLink using that FirstClass thing, but I got the error message saying, "Sorry there is no FirstClass server with that name on the network. Check your connection setup. [1044]." I tried using the exact same username and password on my OPUS account, and it worked, but for some reason, it won't work on LearnLink. I tried to log on by going to <a href="http://www.learnlink.emory.edu%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.learnlink.emory.edu&lt;/a> instead, but got the error message, "Safari can’t open the page “<a href="http://learnlink.emory.edu/%C2%94%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://learnlink.emory.edu/”&lt;/a> because Safari can’t find the server “learnlink.emory.edu”. I tried to go on learnlink.emory.edu on a different computer using Google Chrome, but it still wouldn't work (the page wouldn't load).</p>

<p>For FirstClass, my server is set as fc.learnlink.emory.edu, and my address home.fc. Is there any way I can fix this problem, or is LearnLink just acting up? I was able to get on just fine earlier today!!! </p>

<p>Same problem; I think that LearnLink is just down at the moment.</p>

<p>well i can log on to learnlink via the internet, but my firstclass thing wont work either. i thought u had to call somebody to set up a password thingy before u can access, b/c tht was what i was gonna do. im not too sure tho…best of luck!</p>

<p>Both the website and FirstClass work for me now. I guess you were right, aigiqinf, about Learnlink just being down for the moment. =)</p>

<p>@nubiyah I didn’t have to call anyone to get the FirstClass thing to work… I just downloaded it from some link that one of the PACE or Orientation sessions provided, dragged the icon onto my desktop, and was able to log on using my OPUS user and pass.</p>

<p>Anyways, thanks for the responses. I was just worried that I had accidentally changed the default settings for the server or the address or something.</p>
