<p>we are ED1 but it is not just the opus account. we are talking about the new links that appeared that allow you to have an emory email account, student ID, register for housing, etc.</p>
<p>Are our e-mails in the system or somehting. How does facebook know we are not making them up?</p>
<p>yeah, they're in the system. you don't choose your email, they give you one when you sign into the blackboard or learnlink so you cannot make-up one or sign into the systems without an id</p>
<p>But how does Facebook know that we are not lying to them and that our e-mail address we provide is not B.S.?</p>
<p>Before you can use it, you have to activate your facebook account by clicking a link which facebook sends to the email address you provided.</p>

<p>someone who got their rejection letter today was NOT able to log onto learnlink, and apparently in the past it was been that those who can log into learnlink are accepted and those who cannot are not, according to anotehr poster. but i also wonder if its possible that someone could log on and still end up being rejected ( i hope not!!)</p>
