yea, i have logged into learnlink too and i havent gotten my letter, does this mea we're in? My friend who goes there said we wouldnt have one unless we were students, and that you're not supposed to know about learnlink until you get the letter because that's when they tell you about it and send you like a cd or something. that's what he was saying and he sent me an email from his learnlink account saying congratulations, so im pretty sure if you can log in, you're in but im not sure. i looked you up and you were there in bold italics, just like me. Im so confused, lol

learnlink=life at emory. its for email and clubs and classes and everything pertaining to emory and if you attend the school you will no doubt be as obsessed with learnlink as you will be with facebook.
certain names show up in bold sometimes when i send or receive emails an i have absolutely no idea what it measn.
opus isnt for email, its for registering for classes and billing statements and academic records and stuff like that.
most students email is the first letter of their first name followed by the first 6 letters of their last name @emory.edu (or @learnlink.emory.edu, they both work). or if youre sending an email to another emory student/faculty member you just need to put their name in, or as much of their name as you know. a list of matches will come up if you dont put the whole name in and then you choose form there.
you can change your password at the internet site www.learnlink.emory.edu
and thats how learnlink works. as far whether or not it means youre accepted...who knows?

now what if we have access to blackboard, and under personal info in says Email: SDommen@emory.edu, and under school/division it says : Emory College. I know i sound like a broken record, but that damn Virginia app sucks and i dont want to do it, so do you think im safe waiting till i get my letter and just banking on an acceptance, what would you guys do?

well everyone i asked who knows anything about blackboard/learnlink says that there is no way i can get into it unless i was listed as a student... but idk it can be a fluke?

it did for me....here go to blackboard and see there \, i think it's mroe reliable....the site is classes.emory.edu adn then use the same username and password as before...it meant that i was in

Some profs at Emory use blackboard for posting course materials, announcements, etc. You don't really need it unless you're in a class in which the professor uses it.

sorry to bring this back up, but i'm having problems logging on. i got the learn link CD in the mail, and when i put it in, I tried to log in using my OPUS ID & Password. but that's not working. I dunno what I'm doing wrong. Can someone help?

I got into Learnlink after I got my new password but they say I am restricted from talking to people. But that is one of the things Learnlink is for in the beginning so that you can know if you want to go or not, isn't it? So can you all help me?
