Leased Property Housing?

Has anyone lived/been to the leased apartments in 97, 109, or 115 St. Stephen Street, or 135/165 Hemenway Street? What are they like/anyone have pictures?

I'm living in Willis right now, so I've never lived or been to one of the leased apartments, and it doesn't look like the Hemenway apartments have room tours online.

I lived in 97 st stephens for a semester. It was fine but not great, and I decided to move off campus after that (I was a middler at that point) because I was sharing a room but paying about as much as I would have to to have my own room off-campus. The pros are that it’s way easier than off-campus logistics (dealing with realtors, year-long leases, furniture, etc) and that you don’t have to sign people in or have your student ID to get into your building (generally just more “freedom”. The con is that it’s still more expensive than off-campus and that you have to set up cable/internet (so that’s an added cost).

Generally I’d say off-campus is better than NU leased housing, but if it doesn’t make sense for you to go off-campus yet, then I’d probably prefer leased housing over the more standard dorms.

Alright, thanks for the help!
I’ve been suckered back into living on campus a bit, so that’s partially why I’m leaning towards the half-way point, haha.
