Least Selective Engineering Degree @ GT

So from what I understand the engineering schools at Georgia Tech admit a certain amount of students. What would be the least selective engineering major to get into GT. I talked to the materials admission office and my score of a 29 on ACT is too low. Are any other schools have not as high of standards? Thanks guys

Remember that 1) GT admissions are holistic and 2) they don’t really admit by major. (They look at that as they’re considering the overall student body, but technically it’s not by major.) Your ACT is low for GT, period, but if you had other factors in your favor (URM, hooks) it might not be insurmountable.

That said, we were told on our tour that Mechanical is the “most common” engineering major.

I got into Electrical Engineering with an ACT of 30 so i don’t think y9ou have to be too worried about test score

I had a 34 and got rejected at Biomedical engineering. I’m curious if it would have been different with another major.
