I have to fly back to NorCal so there's no way I could bring my bike back. I wonder if it's ok to leave my bike here. I have summer school so I'll be back in like 2 weeks...

I think it’s ok. My bikes have never been stolen.

Mine got stolen from outside NSB. I’d recommend parking it in a heavily-used/visible area, like maybe outside a reslife office?

I didn’t touch my bike for about 2 months and when I went to go look for it, it was gone! apparently they have senior volunteers who go around and tag some of the bikes that look ‘abandoned,’ there was absolutely nothing wrong with my bike and it was parked with a bunch of other ones, but since I didn’t move the tag on the bike in time, they impounded it. I guess they notify you if your bike is registered, so you may not have a problem. I do know that if they impound it, after a while, they refurbish all the bikes and sell them.

Honestly I’d try and find someone I could leave it with.

just re read ur post, wow, i obviously didn’t read it 2 weeks is fine to leave your bike here! i guess my info might help others though?? its finals week. what can i say?

I got an email about this (I deleted it though). But according to the email you cant leave you’re bike here otherwise it becomes police property.

Maybe fine an apartment off campus and just stick it there short term? I’m sure no one will ever know its there

Thanks guys!!! <3
