LeBow v. Gabelli v. Smeal

I was recently accepted to LeBow, Smeal, and Gabelli and I was wondering which has a better Finance/International Business program. Additionally, after I graduate I would really like to have a job hahah. School size doesn't matter much and neither does location. I'm looking more at academics and reputation. Any help would be appreciated!

One things that separates Drexel from the other two programs is the coop program. Most Drexel students do a 5 year program that includes 3 six month coops where you get business world experience and earn a salaray. That would certainly help you in your goal of getting a job after college.

you might get a wider range of opinions if you posted this on either the “College Search” or “Parents” forums since the people on this forum are mostly people who have applied to Drexel and may not know as much about the other schools you are comparing it to.

Anybody with additional advice?

Why wouldn’t you be taking location into consideration if you’re going into finance and international business? Those areas will have many more windows of opportunity (career and experience-wise) in metropolitan areas, therefore I would rank the schools Gabelli > LeBow > Smeal in that regard.

Raven- The WSJ ranked Penn State #1 for corporate recruiting. I just visited all three this week and PSU had the strongest liaison to the corporate world whereas Gabelli’s seemed the worst. I love Fordham but a lot of the people seem to be confused about what to do after college. I visited Drexel today actually I thought it was horrendous so that was a big buzz kill since they gave me 22K Merit a year (assuming I maintain above a 3.0 GPA)
