2. There are people who got a 2400 without 20+ practice tests, I know, but everyone is different.
3. I have many ECs and I still have time to do this; so time-management is not an issue; stop facebook and youtube, that's all you need.</p>

<p>Here is a list of books that I used/using right now.
I suggest this list if you really want something above a 2300 and you have English as your second language.
I learned English about 4-5 years ago, and I am looking forward to a 2400.</p>
