Btw how do you feel about your interview? That it went well? Do you think that everyone who gets the interview is basically accepted?</p>
<p>I thought that it went well and I felt that I expressed myself a lot, my mouth was super dry after the interview! I don’t think everyone who gets an interview will get accepted… or at least I don’t want to think that way because I don’t want to set myself up for a bigger disappointment, though I’m still remaining optimistic =) I sincerely hope your interview goes well!</p>

<p>I think they are only interviewing a few at a time because I could only choose from three dates that were consecutive, except for the weekends, so I’m guessing the later dates are for other people.</p>
<p>I don’t really have any great advice…but to calm my nerves I kept telling myself I was nervous instead of saying I’m not because it made it worse. Just smile during the interview because if you smile, then at the other side of the phone, the interviewer will sense it from your tone. To gather my thoughts, I usually like to walk around as well :P</p>
<p>I hope it’s not by region. Maybe they’re interviewing people that they want to know more about but I doubt that. Did they say that if you receive an interview that you are through into the last screening process?</p>
<p>I think it might be by region because I am also west coast (Utah). </p>
<p>And I’m prepping for the interview by going through a list of most common interview questions haha. And I’m going to do a mock-interview type of thing on Monday with a teacher or counselor. I think the big thing is to not be nervous so you can think and speak clearly. Knowing myself, I’ll probably dress nicely even though it’s a phone interview. XD</p>

<p>Well it does say finalists are interviewed. They’re are going to ask questions like your most proudest achievement, how you define and are a leader, if you could go back in time, blah blah blah, haha</p>
