<p>I have a few questions for Iris about some things… I tried calling her this morning, and she didn’t answer. I know some of you guys have talked to her, so what time of day did you call and stuff? </p>
<p>@WriteIsRight I emailed both Mr.James and Ms. Iris and they are not answering emails or the phone 
I left a message and everything.</p>
<p>Did anyone get accepted from Louisiana? </p>
<p>@KurlyKahlessi I called Mr. James and got a hold of him, thankfully! Iris is out of the office until Monday, so I just sent her an e-mail for her to read when she gets back 
[I am stressing sooooo hardcore haha]</p>
<p>@WriteIsRight thts great!!! Did he say anything about when they are going to be sending more letters out. </p>
<p>@KurlyKahlessi I told him that it would be great if I could know by Monday because of another thing going on in my community this summer, and I still really want to be a LEDA scholar (which, does anyone think that’ll kill my chances?), and he said that he could try and get back to me by then. </p>
<p>Before he told me that, he said he would get back to me by the end of next week, so I’m assuming that’s when they were planning to get the rest of the decisions out.</p>
<p>PS oh my goodness, I’m really stressing out guys. </p>
<p>I’m not sure if rushing their decision benefited you, but I’m hoping for you. Good luck.</p>
<p>Josh told me during the interview that they will be done reviewing all the applications by late April and Early May. Don’t loss hope! Wishing you all the best!</p>

<p>It turns out, I didn’t need to know earlier, so my decision is being sent out with everyone else’s.</p>

<p>@WriteIsRight how to you know it’s being sent out with everybody else? I haven’t heard from them either. I emailed Iris yesterday asking when will I be notified if I made it to the 3rd round, but I haven’t heard back from her.</p>
<p>@nalanaa Sorry, I just mean that my decision doesn’t have to be rushed anymore I had my interview about a month ago, and she said that she would be trying to send out the decisions soon. I think they may be behind on things, though… I hope she replies to you soon!</p>
<p>@WriteisRight I’m freaking out! I have a feeling I didn’t make it to the 3rd round because every one seems to have made it passed the 3rd round.</p>
<p>I got accepted today! And they had told me that it was a rolling process so some students will be told later. So don’t worry</p>
<p>@nalanaa, If you haven’t gotten word back be proactive and email Iris. Ask about your status in the application and program to see where you stand. </p>
