Legacy Question

<p>So i'm having a really hard time deciding whether to apply ed to Penn or Brown because i like Brown a bit better, but both my parents went to Penn so I have a slight advantage there. If i were to apply to Brown early and then to Penn regular decision if i don't get into Brown would I lose the advantage i get for being a legacy?</p>

<p>Basically, they feel that if you weren’t interested enough to apply early as a legacy, then they won’t give you an edge in admissions decisions.</p>
