Hey guys. As the title stated, I’m wait listed to a school as a legacy student. My grades were high Bs and low As. I also didn’t have a ton of extracurricular a. After the letter, I got my grades to high A and joined a ton of clubs. I wrote letters telling them how I’ve improved and all the adjustments I made. My question is if the school will still reject me or will they consider me if there is a spot?
Most of the spots are filled already. Waitlist spots opened up on Apr 10. But there are usually kids who get in off the waitlist in late summer.
Do your parents have any connections with the alumni office? If so have them make a call. The alumni office might be able to talk to admissions to see what your chances are.
