<p>It can’t hurt, so I’d include it – but it’s unlikely to make much difference (unless Grandpa has occasionally donated a building or an endowed professorship).</p>
<p>I believe the “legacy” is accounted for if the parent went for undergrad…</p>
<p>They also ask if any other family members have attended Y, so it can’t hurt to put them down, just don’t depend on it making a big impact.</p>
