<p>My brother is applying for a lot of Ivey league and top 10 universities. If he gets in, will that increase my chances of getting in to the school that he attends?</p>

<p>In most cases the colleges are looking at Parents and Grandparents as defining "Legacy",
but if your sibling gets in somewhere and you share their attributes, interests and abilities, it might help.
Doubt that it would hurt.</p>
