<p>You could definitely use them to talk about becoming interested in cornell. That would convince cornell that you really want to go there, even if you don't apply ED.</p>
<p>If they have graduated they may make you a legacy, I'm not sure. Call admissions and ask.</p>
<p>The Cornell application has a spot for listing parents and grandparents that attended Cornell. (No doubt you could mention siblings that attended Cornell elsewhere in your application, as a reason for your interest in attending.)</p>
<p>The Profile of the Class of 2009 indicates that 15% of the Class were Alumni Children or Grandchildren
