Say I change my full name legally while in college, and later on transfer to another college.

1)Will I still be able receive financial aid?

2)Will any loans I currently own be adjusted for my new name?

3)What is the process to make sure everything regarding financial aid continues to run smoothly while I continue my studies after my name change?

Yes, you should be able to get financial aid. Yes, loans will be adjusted to your new name - but you will need to ask them to do it. Once your name is legally changed, you will need to change it on your social security number. This is the most important piece, since everything ties to it. Go to your nearest Social Security office and get the form. You will need copies of the court documents with the name change. Once you have your social security number changed, you will need to let everyone know about the name change (your school, your credit cards, you loan company, drivers license, etc.). They will probably require some type of documentation (again usually a copy of the order showing the name change - or marriage license if you are getting married). You need to be SURE you get the social security number part fixed PRIOR to filing your FAFSA. If the name and SS don’t match - you will have problems.
