I have some decent stats and some not so good stats (AP’s). Maybe those can be overlooked because of my grades relative to my school’s rigor (high rank).

Oh yeah, no real financial constraints

When are you taking the sat? October?

SAT in August and subject tests in October

Realistically you are competitive for Cornell ED. Although I believe Cornell requires SAT 2 tests.

You’re competitive for most schools, but JHU might be a reach, considering the scores. JHU is one of the best in the country (premed track), so the chem scores may be slightly low for them. Other than that, you seem fine. Good luck!

If it were my decision, I would admit you just for this line:

Awards: none really.

Thank you ! I hope that you are admitted to your first choice school as you are certainly intellectually capable & accomplished.

@Publisher just curious…does that mean awards don’t really matter in admissions or?

@Aneem00 : No, it means that even with an outstanding GPA & impressive SAT score, you remain grounded & humble = which makes folks want to help you because you appear likable.
