Hi everyone, I'm just wondering what you think my chances are of getting into the following schools. My GPA is a 3.4, however in my freshman year i got a C- in a math class, and I know that that could hurt my chances. But other than that pretty bad grade, my lowest has been a B+.

Lehigh (first choice)
Fordham
Elon
Villanova
Bucknell
Providence
University of Richmond

I plan on majoring in Journalism at all of these schools, no matter which I go to.

SAT 1 SCORES:

verbal: 585
Math: 515
Writing: 620

jv basketball -9
jv tennis -9
varsity basketball
(all state senior year) -10,11,12
varsity tennis -11,12
varsity cross country -10

I'm really into sports and would be interested in playing in college if i could
I also started an ultimate frisbee team at my school..

I took 2 AP classes during High school, and a bunch of honors classes.
Was on Athletic Council 10,11,12 and I volunteered at a nursing home.
Worked for our school newspaper

Have had a job at a summer camp throughout high school, and other jobs as well

So any feedback on what you guys think my chances are would help a lot.. thanks

there have been a few schools that have expressed interest in me for bball (like conn college and skidmore) but i dont know whether or not i want to go to a smaller school like these ones because they don't really have some of the things i'm looking for in a school. and i'm from a really small town in CT.

Honestly, I think that Lehigh is pretty unlikely. If your GPA was around 3.7+ and your SATs were about 100+ points higher (total), I'd say that you have a decent shot.

BO5Ton- yeah my dad did too and he went to conn college, played there, except only played 32 seconds combined his freshman and sophomore years. and zoosermom; since you left elon and providence blank does that you mean you think i will be accepted there, or do you just not know?
