So much for 4:00 then 4:15. I wonder if they’re having problems that involve the waitlist leak.

Will they also be sending out emails when the status updates on the portal or will we have to check twitter?

@canigoback I have a friend who is valedictorian of her class, has amazing stats, incredible leadership positions, and tons of service. She hasn’t gotten into one of her schools, including her safeties. I read her esaays - they were fantastic- certainly better than mine. She is an awesome person. She should have applied to more schools. You can not count on anything anymore. Lots of people are applying to many schools - I am really glad I did.

Good luck to those that applied! I got in ED1 and I’m just gonna let you know, we got our decisions at 5:45pm back in December. You won’t get an email saying the decision is in, you’re gonna just have to keep refreshing that portal every 15 minutes

I understand the logic behind it. I hope your friend still has schools to hear from. If she was waitlisted, she should definitely show interest.
@lesjubilants They had a lot issues earlier in the year, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were facing the same ones. Disappearing sections, misplaced info within the portal, etc.

@jlite14 Says that he saw a letter with someone else’s name. I didn’t see my daughter’s portal when she saw the waitlist decision. Did other people also see a letter with someone else’s name or did you see your own name?
