D’s checklist is gone on her portal. Just disappeared today. Seems early for that to happen if decisions not coming for a week. I have a feeling they are coming earlier.

I’m thinking the 17th or 19th if it is this week…Bucknell, a similar PA school, is the 17th.
Hoping for the 17th as well. I also applied to Bucknell, so that would kill two birds with one stone.

Last year seems weird. According to LY thread, some kids got hard copy decisions in the mail on the 23rd and then everyone’s portals were updated on the 24th. No heads up at all. So who knows.
Not to get anyone’s hopes up but I’m thinking the decision will be this week since their virtual open house is on Saturday and it seems weird to do that before decisions are posted

Does anyone here know a lot about Lehigh? Know some kids there? Have visited? Pros and cons in your mind?
D met with her AO and really liked him. We had a lot of posters here think Lehigh is a good fit for her. Midsized, school spirit, busy and beautiful campus. I’d love to hear more from anyone here who knows the school more intimately.
If your daughter has discord, there’s a Lehigh U server! I’m in it, met a lot of '25 ED applicants but there are some older Lehigh students as well who could probably answer some of her questions. No worries if not though (:

My son goes to a college that is very close to Lehigh, so my D and I have visited it a few times and even managed to be there for an Open house in 2018. The campus is beautiful- gothic buildings, ivy, sun dappled trees. I was also impressed by the LInderman Library-stained glass and spiral stairs.
As far as academics and outcomes, it seems to be a stellar institution.

bunny, help and old person out here-are there Discord servers for lots of schools? My D is trying to connect with students from a certain institution and the snap chats are all full (at least that is what she is telling me).
Is discord the new ZeeMee? I thought kids were meeting on there lol.
I CANNOT keep up with what these kids are doing these days!

Looks like you need to be invited. You can’t search and find a group to join.

@BronxBaby My family and I are new to this whole process (I’m first gen), I’ve heard of ZeeMee but haven’t tried it yet. I know a lot of other well-known colleges have discord servers too like Cornell, Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt. I’ve also joined/followed Facebook groups and Instagrams to meet accepted applicants for other colleges.
I’m in the College Admissions Hub discord server, which is where I found out about other servers for class of 25. I met another Lehigh applicant there and he gave me the link to the Lehigh server 
I think it’s also on Lehigh’s Reddit!

lowkey freaking out bc decisions could be coming out anytime today 
but they could be in week from today ugh i wish we could just get an actual date instead of “late march”
Last year was the 24th. I highly doubt that they would come earlier this year.
ah ok, i think some people were speculating that it could be today because the application checklist on the portal disappeared, and the open house is this saturday, but thanks for the heads up on that!
