<p>When I applied to lehigh, they gave me a code to access my portal account. I entered the code and the portal website prompted me to make a password. Now when I try and log on, it asks me for a username and password. I never made a username so how do I know what it is? The website doesn't even give me a "forget your username?" option. How do I find my username?</p>

<p>Your Lehigh user name is the same as the email Lehigh created for you upon admission. Its comprised of 3 letters (initials) and 3 numbers (graduation year), like abc116 or def216 for someone in the Class of 2016.</p>
<p>If you don’t know your email, Google Lehigh’s directory and search your name. If all else fails call up LTS for help.</p>
