Has anyone seen anything about whether the letters have been mailed? For my older daughter, the USPS letter arrived a couple of days after the portal info was posted. Hoping they might have already been mailed since the portal posting was a little later this year…
international student. got rejected due to the huge financial aid needed. im wondering will the decision be different if i can get sponsorship from my country
I thought someone posted earlier that they were mailed yesterday. So far people with early deliveries have not received letters.
I believe letters should be going out tomorrow. They should contain scholarship, financial aid and program (IBE, IDEAS, etc.) information. I don’t believe any of this is on the portal yet.
@kellykhoooo I was wondering he same thing, but I doubt they would change their mind considering the fact that they’ve already started mailing decisions…I’m sooo so heartbroken i didn’t get in. :-<

My son was accepted and I’m very excited for him. His scores, activities are great. But not as great as some I see waitlisted or rejected. We visited once. I wonder if it has to do with the major you’ve chosen? Not sure if they need to fill certain slots and the competition for certain slots is stronger? Just a thought.

Excited to say my daughter was accepted!!! Thought it was a long shot. We did visit campus but it was closed so we just drove around. It is beautiful. Then she interviewed with the local rep. Not sure if she got her major but she applied for Global Studies. Congrats to everyone.
@webairs I am curious what stats your son has…we visited it 2 twice and D had an interview as well. Not sure if she is accepted yet, but has been rejected by so many its crazy. Her scores are lower but still above average. I really am praying she gets in it is her #1 and I think they know that. Fingers crossed!
Also her major is Astronomy I think that might be the reason for most of the no’s…she did get into the program at Umass Amherst but not where she wanted to be.

My son was accepted! International Relations major. No mention of scholarships but, the financial grant package is pretty great!

My D wait listed. It was the last school she was waiting to hear from. At this point she does not care. She got accepted to Isenberg school of management commonwealth honors college at UMass Amherst and that is where she is going.

I found out I got in through the letter in the mail (back in November), i couldn’t find it on the portal. Just wait patiently I know that’s tough good luck to everyone!
