what are my weak points/ what are ways I can improve my chances? (ie. certain major thats less competitive, etc)
The best way to improve the odds is probably to apply ED. Looks like you already plan to do that.
For Fall 2017, Lehigh filled slightly more than half the class by ED, and the ED acceptance rate was about 60%. You should have a decent shot by the ED route. For comparison, the RD acceptance rate was only about 22% for Fall 2017, and it supposedly dipped to around 19% for Fall 2018.
I doubt that Lehigh will care about your choice of major.
If I were you, I’d try to raise my ACT a little. But it’s not bad. I’d say you have a very strong chance, and I’m not even sure if you’d have time to retake the ACT, but if you did I think a 32 or 33 would seal the deal.

whats your gpa? I would say your sat is a little low but your subject tests definitely make up for that i think. you seem pretty well rounded and that you have a good shot!
