<p>Hi, I plan to do engineering at either Lehigh or Bucknell University. Could anyone give me some suggestions?</p>

<p>Lehigh is supposed to be very good. Altho people tell me that drinking is a ritual there</p>
<p>They're both very similar. I would say that Bucknell may have a slighly more well known national reputation overall, but Lehigh may have a slight edge in engineering, just because being a LAC, many people may not know Bucknell offers engineering. Both schools have a well-known fraternity/party scene, although Bucknell is a lot more rural. I would personally prefer the nicer campus, rural community feel with a somewhat smaller class size at Bucknell more, but from an academic reputation standpoint, these two schools are so close that I would go completely on fit.</p>
<p>I'm from MD and around here I'd say Lehigh has a better reputation both overall and for engineering. I considered and visited both schools, and I thought Lehigh's campus was MUCH nicer.</p>
<p>It's really a hard choice between the two (I applied to both), but I would pick Bucknell above Lehigh.</p>
