Lehigh

Hey, the Lehigh threads seemed pretty inactive so I figured this would be a better place to post my question.

So my friend (and by friend I really mean FRIEND) applied to Lehigh for an acclerated Medical Program offered by Drexel/Lehigh universities.
She recently recieved a letter from the university that said she has an interview. She was extremely excited about this letter, assuming its b/c they are seriously considering her for thier program.

My question is, Do they give an interview to everyone who has applied or a select few who they are seriously considering?

I think shes basically in and they just want an interview for whatever reason, her stats are amazing and everything and by the tone of the letter it seemed like they were letting her know that she's being offered an interview b/c she's
basically in.

What do you guys think?

Lehigh offers interviews but they aren't standard. On the other hand, they might be interviewing everybody for the special Lehigh/Drexel Med program. My gut feel, which isn't supposed to mean that much, is that they are either interviewing everybody for the program, or possibly interviewing everybody who is being seriously considered. I wouldn't consider it a done deal (IMO or IMHO). I didn't see the tone of the letter.
