Hello guys. I know the essay must fit into that page. Can anyone tell me how many words is it? 500?700?1000? Thanks very much? And can I type very small and attach a typed essay?

Uhhh..no, I don't think there is "fit-to-page" when you apply online because you upload the document. Then it gets automatically converted from .doc to .pdf

Meaning there is no cap on words. But don't go overboard.

die........

ohh I forgot to specify - I am applying using a paper application. Sorry

I have the same question. Anybody know? Right now mine is 500 because that's what I thought the limit was...

Mine was around 500. I was accepted. Take it as you will.

Thank you! I was starting to worry mine was too short :)

tedjj .. paper apps are for rejects lol..

mine was 450

I used paper and mine was about 540 words.

accepted-800 words

My essay was about 600 words and I was accepted

Mine is 540 words. Around 500 words is what they generally seem to want.

mine was 933 words.
am i screwed...or am i uhhh screwed?

ur not screwed at all dont worry...as long as its good

ok , hope not. i know this is not the appropriate thread to ask "what are my chances". but if anybody wants to evaluate my stats, PM me or watev. or email me.
rukarella@msn.com. i do not want to post my stats on here and **** people off, since this thing is for "length of essay".

what do u just put ur stats in the rd roster?

If it's any comfort, a friend of mine was accepted with nearly 900. If it's good, I wouldn't worry about it.

dude..i didnt know what thread i was in right now but i thought u meant ur friend was accept with a 900 SAT score..i almost spit my water out..that would've made my day..

ok. i posted it in the RD roster, anyone want to evaluate my stats..
