@WWWard hi would u be able to please pm me. I’m looking for off campus housing rn and am considering Tuscany or Icon and would like to know ur input on these 2. Gateway is also available but seems to be outside of my budget.
@killahmoves I did so…
@WWWard Hi, I’m also currently looking for off-campus options and would love to know what your daughter did! Do you think you PM me as well?
@cpd333 will do.
@WWWard Hello! I am an incoming freshman at USC and am currently going to be dorming at Marks Hall(my last choice but oh well) and was wondering if you had tips and tricks for getting an apartment/studio near USC that costs less than dorming, as I would like to do so for my sophomore year and beyond
@FirstGenStress I will PM you.
Hi my son is a sophomore spring transfer for 2020. Do you have any tips or recommendations of finding as sublet?
@oilerhb I will private message you.
@WWWard Hey, I’m a spring transfer and was wondering where’s the best place to find sublease housing? I’m hoping for something not too expensive. Apparently, spring transfers won’t hear back for on campus housing till November so I don’t know if I’ll be guaranteed that.
@gotya55 I will direct message you my thoughts.
Does one need to be in a club or secret society to get off campus housing info from here?
@blueskies2day Nope. What are you trying to accomplish? There is just certain personal contact info / pricing, etc that CC prefers not be published to everyone.
@GotYa55 @blueskies2day There’s a facebook group called USC Sub/Leases and Housing. It’s pretty active
Thanks for sharing such, @AndyWarski
@oilerhb If you are still interested in finding a sublease for the spring 2020 semester then I have a apartment at The Lorenzo that could be a good option. Me and my roommate are both moving out so if your son has someone in mind that he’d like to room with then he could choose his roommate instead of being paired with someone random. The lease also only runs through the Spring 2020 semester so you won’t get stuck in a long term commitment. Feel free to message me back if you want more details about the apartment, or have any other questions about being a spring transfer (I was one myself in spring 2019).
@GotYa55 Hey if you are looking for an apartment to sublease then I have an apartment at the Lorenzo that could be a good option. It’s priced well in comparison with everything else around USC and the lease only goes though the Spring 2020 semester so you won’t have to get stuck in any long term commitment. If you’re interested then feel free to message me back about more details.
