Hi all. My question is a little off topic. How do you send your proof of english proficiency to u toronto. I got an A in GCE O level english and the u toronto website states that I need to ask the testing agency directly to send my score to utoronto. But how do i do that?
@destructo it automatically gets waived once they take a look at your application. So just wait, and maybe email UofT (include your student no)
@essayhater Same here! Got accepted at Jan with Presidential scholarship, and currently waiting for LBP! Hope both of us get awarded and meet at the campus

@essayhater I thought the same thing and never bothered to look into it, until I received this email today:

@destructo you should definitely email them saying how you qualify for the waiver. And attach your GCE O level grades certificate with the email too.
Yeah checked the portal…no tick on the proof of english proficiency tab. Sent an email but still waiting for a response :-/
I emailed them and asked when scholars will be chosen, and IF already chosen, will the others be notified if they didnt get the scholarship. And they replied, “We are currently making our final decisions on the recipients for this year. All nominees will be notified by email of our decisions at the end of April, if not sooner.”
So does that mean that maybe all the results aren’t out yet?? Havent they sent some emails already to some people?
not sure but i think it definitely means that they are yet to still announce some scholars
Hey guys! I’m Darmes Ganesan from Malaysia, also a nominee for the LBP scholarship. To all Engineering applicants, be patient guys. I have just received my admission to the Chemical Engineering department, and I applied roughly late January. My A-Levels prediction is 3A* 1A if you were wondering. Good luck with the scholarship. @tktktk Nope no news. I don’t think they reject people until May so if we weren’t selected (which seems like the case because we all applied months ago and others have received offers from eng sci), we wouldn’t be notified anytime soon.
nope, me neither…I am already applying to other schools and gave up on this basically 
I have finally accepted my full ride offer from Uni of Texas, Dallas. done waiting for Uoft, in case any of you are too, I’d advise not to wait and make a decision with whatever options you have rn
