but there was an exciting game in Salt Lake City to finish an amazing day of college football. PAC 12 race is heating up.

I can’t with this Clemson Syracuse game, homecoming weekend. My daughter went to visit USC this weekend instead of going to the game, I’m still watching.

I’m rooting for Clemson because one of its players went to my kids’ HS, but I don’t really have a dog in this fight. Well, on second thought, Syracuse basketball is an arch-enemy of ds2’s alma mater so …
I’m just waiting for the UT game. I don’t see how we are favored on the road against a higher-ranked team.

Exciting game. My team starts with an INT so there’s that.
It was a great game. Hey, they ran on the field for a W over the Cuse - so that’s good. And I went to a game a few years back at Clemson - maybe ten or so - and no one is nicer than Clemson fans…no one.

Sad for Syracuse. 2nd half penalties and the ignored roughness call on Garrett Schreader hurt. They played them tight though and definitely gave the Clemson fans some heartburn. Both Garrett Schraeder and Will Shipley are local boys and it’s fun to see them play. My daughter played softball with Garrett’s sister. Great to see Syracuse finally get some football cred!
People were lampooning Clemson for storming the field after beating Syracuse but Clemson fans were saying its a tradition for all home game wins 
Lol actually Clemson fans gather at the paw at every home game, win or lose, a tradition for decades. Syracuse fans must’ve missed the memo.

I was there; there were several really bad calls missed on Syracuse too. Not sure if they played the replays on tv. There was a very blatant pass interference where the Syracuse player actually hooked and pulled the arm, no call. Our receiver was injured. One of our DLs was tackled really bad in the backfield, no call. The ACC officials just suck. Watching wrap-ups last night it’s like ESPN watched a different game than we saw in person. Don’t get me wrong; they played awful the first half; thankfully Cade came in for the second half.
Yes, I’ve been going to games for decades; it’s a tradition to gather at the paw after every home game, win or lose and sing the Alma Mater. It’s part of the whole Clemson family tradition. I’m too old for that now, but I’ve been known to jump the wall in my 20s; it took 5 years for me to actually see the tigers win a game though
