Hi, I am out of state for UT Austin. Are there any other things I can do to raise my chances at the reach schools?

Instate UT-Austin if not top whatever percent is no match.

What is your family budget for college? Is money an issue? That can change the entire picture.

Money is not a major issue, however because I am a Florida student I have Florida Prepaid and bright futures so it is hard to beat that financially.
