So, I’ve noticed this Brown board has become depressingly unvisited and lethargic. Take this opputunity to rant random things. Favorites, how your day was, what you are doing tomorrow… the weather. Anything like that.

Here I go.

My favorite color is blue, and I like some yellow, but my school colors are yellow and black, so I kinda have to like yellow.

I LOVEEEEEEE Jeopardy.

I am sometimes a lazy bum, well, actually just a procrastinator.

…

I can go on and on… feel free to do the same.

I'm annoyed by coconuts

i'm annoyed by homework. i'm sure that's not too unique for all the second-semester seniors on these boards...

and i love girl scout cookies. especially thin mints...

why is this board so dead? The other boards are hopping, and we're not even alive :( woo woo juniors!

When do Girl Scout cookies go on sale? I like the Peanut Butter patties...

Excellent start guys. Very random...coconuts...Girl Scout cookies.

Oh, Thomas, my mom works for Girl Scouts. I get soooo many cookies, it's not funny. I think they've already gone on sell and been delivered, but I think it might depend on where you live.

GO BROWN!!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!

my little sister is a girl scout...darn those cookies

Hey twintwinkle, I just noticed you are from Louisville. Cool, not many Kentuckians on CC. I will be in Louisville this weekend for Governor's Cup.

GO BROWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also LOVE Jeopardy! I can't wait until Ken comes back :)
And for a random thought: I love the USA show Monk--- its hilarious... I have to write a three page paper in Spanish, finish reading my book in Spanish, make a powerpoint presentation with 15 slides, write a 2-3 pg. religion paper-- for Wed... what have I started- well, I only have 20 pgs of the Spanish book left.. yeah.
I hope it snows tomorrow night and that I have no school on Wednesday. So for everyone else in the Northeast--- LET IT SNOW :) :)

Yay For Brown!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having an interview for Starbucks Monday! FINALLY I might get a job! YESSS

and I got a 1st place on my science project at my County science fair. I'm still in disbelief, but I get to miss school tomorrow to have grand champion interviews.

adamo: yay, another kentuckian!

what school are you from? i would be at governor's cup for quick recall etc. except that i missed districts (it conflicted with all-state orchestra...go figure)

...and i still need to write a petrarchan sonnet tonight...

Ugh, I ordered girl scout cookies from my physics teacher, and there was an announcement today that girl scout cookies were in, but it turned out that it was some other teacher's kid's cookies, and mine hadn't come yet and it was kind of sad.

Hey anybody wanna hear about ny love life?

raises hand tell me primitivefuture

well most of the people i had a crush on i never seen before in my life. i only had contact with the through instant messaging. but their way of talking and behavior though text is sooo hot!!

So I have to "brief" some cases for my Constitutional Law class (which is actually more interesting that you'd think), but I don't have time because (1) I procrastinate on CC too much and (2) I have a piano performance tonight.

I'm kind of excited for my performance, though, because I get to play a really pretty piece... Traumerei, by Schumann (also know as Reverie or Dreaming).

And I have statistics homework tonight, and I absolutely despise that class. It is so mindnumbingly boring. All we do is worksheets and random busywork... it's disgusting how bad of a teacher he is.

But in other news, my twin brother heard from a college today! So far his count was 0 for 2(ish). Here are his tribulations: 1st he applied ED I to Tufts. We visited, and he deferred himself to regular because he didn't like it as much as he thought he would. Next, he applied early to U of Chicago. Deferred. Then, ED II to Pomona College. Rejected, ouch. :(

But he finally got in! :D And to a really cool place, too: Trinity College in Dublin (Ireland)! I was really happy for him. But I don't know about this whole "going out of the country" business...

A friend of mine went to St. Andrews in Scotland, and it sounds a lot more serious, a lot less coddling, but she's having a ton a fun, so whatever you want, I guess.

I hate busywork. Good luck with the performance, calidan!
