LET'S BE REALISTIC PEOPLE: I'm open to any colleges, preferably targeting UC's..

Hey guys and thanks for reading my post. I've been crazy about reading collegeconfidential ever since I was a freshman in high school and I came on daily throughout my freshman and half of my sophmore year and then gradually stop coming because I had the mindset that college was far away and that I shouldn't be worried about it. Well..long story made short, I slacked off. I got a 3.1 during my sophmore year, dropping from a 3.83 from frosh year. Although it may be a very low GPA, I didn't get an D's or F's, just one C+ :( and the rest were B's and B+'s. I wasn't lazy b/c I was bored, I just overwhelmed myself with extracurricular activites. By the time I hit Junior year I realized that I should cut down on the clubs and activites and should start concentrating on a few core clubs that I enjoyed. I brought my GPA up to a 3.5 first semester junior year unweighted and about 4.1 weighted. With my crappy GPA, which is probably a 3.6 cumalative unweighted, what UC's do you guys think I can get into?

SAT: Took April 1st, expect at least 1850
SAT II - taking in June
Cum. Unweighted GPA: 3.6

Extracurriculars:
Frosh year:
- Football
- Tennis
- Red Cross Club
- Speech and Debate club
- CSF
- Speech and Debate Camp
- Weight training/Spring Ball

Classes: All honors with exception of math

Sophomore:
-Football
-track and field
-Red Cross Club
-CSF
-Speech and Debate: Promoted as Speech Captain
-Weight training/Spring Ball
- attended leadership academy
- 208 community service hours awarded
- attended semi high tech U academy
- Leadership (Associated Student Body)

Junior:
- Received an award for outstanding leadership at Semi High Tech U
- Entered into an essay contest and got to meet Colin Powell
- Speech and debate: captain
- CSF
- Founder and President of Psychology Club
- Leadership (Associated Student Body)

As far as classes go, I took all honors classes with the exception of freshman year (not honors math). As a junior I'm taking 3 AP classes and 3 regular A-G classes.

That's all I can think of as of right now, If something pops up I'll be sure to add it. I'm just curious and nervous about which colleges would be matches/safeties/reaches. I'm looking into UC's and some CSU's (Cal Poly: San Luis Obis + SJSU), particularly Berkeley and LA..just like every other asian. Unfortunately I'm not a URM and my nationality is Korean. I'd like to major in business (finance). Any input/advice would be appreciated!

-THANKS!!!

underground:

Assuming you are a California resident,
UCB/UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach
UCI/UCSB/UCD: Match
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Safe Match

uc berkeley/ucla: reach
ucsd: reach
uci/ucsb/uc davis: slight reach/match

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the input. Of course, Berkeley is a reach for almost anyone and there, of course, has been exceptions. :)

4.1 weighted isn't a "crappy" GPA. I got into Northwestern with a weighted GPA of 4.0.
