Let's beat the December SAT. Together.

Hi guys. I aim for 800 math 600 cr and 700 writing this dec. Someone has templates for the sat essay ?

@Marie96
I know what you mean…I guess everyone has a different perspective on ‘bombed’. Just didn’t reach my goal this time.

@Billy I haven’t received my own copy yet but I highly suggest that you review with “The Official SAT Study Guide with DVD”. From all those books, it would be the very realistic one that could help you improve on the test. Digest its contents very well! :)

@26antara,
What is your goal?

Haha I’d be happy with a 1910 but to each their own. What’s your break down?

Anyone who has a book version of Sparknotes? Its quite uncomfortable to read them via computer. :frowning: :)

Today was gone wasted …
Aiming for a full-length and memorizing vocab for tomorrow.
Also I have plenty of school hws to do.
And btw ppl I got a question.
Not related much about the thread haha
I am aiming to take bio and math in sat 2
Already started bio sessions.
But am not pretty sure about in which faculty should I specilialize in? /:
Liike I was interested in being a psychologist but then now am changing my mind.
Maybe its kinda early to decide, but it’ll allow me to aim for a certain univeristy.
And I need someone to provide me also more informations about scholarships and how to have one.
I’d be thankful :$

@kyubiness,
There may be a book version, but as far as I know, there isn’t. The only solution I can think of is to print out all the information.

@farouz,
Today has been wasted for me as well…
I am also taking the SAT II, but in January. Definitely going to be a taking a science, math, and one other. I’m not sure what you mean by which faculty you should specialize in…do you mean choosing a major?

I want a 2200! I am a junior and looking for good test prep services, any ideas?

@Marie96 I’m hoping to crack 2000 this time, but my goal is 2100+.

@acousticsound
M: 650
W: 630 (8 essay)
CR: 630

@25antara,
That is my goal too! (Hitting the 2000+ mark). :)

@marshallmeyer12,
Do you want a one-on-one tutor or a classroom prep lecture?

@Marie96 It’s quite frustrating! Have you taken the SAT already?

Yes, I’ve taken it. I haven’t since May though. So far, my practice tests have been running around the 1800 range…But then again, I haven’t been prepping like I want to/should.

I’m also planning to take the SAT in December. I’m a senior in high school, and I took the SAT last October - I received a score of 1960. I realize that many colleges superscore, but this is not a good enough score for me. My focus is CR and Math - 590 and 640. My writing score was a 730. If you are also focusing attention on CR, look up the post “How to Attack the SAT Critical Reading Section Effectively” by Noitaraperp - she scored a 2400! I’m hoping to earn 2100 on the SAT, but at least 2000.
Let’s kill this thing!

what do you guys recommend me? i am intr. just heard about test this summer, and it was’t enough time to prepare, my practice tests around 1400-1500, please help i want to increase it 1800-2000

Can somebody send me official sat tests? The mods took down the thread of if someone could message me so I coils give you my email to send them to me I’d appreciate ut

^ sorry autocorrect

@Marie96
Yeah, I haven’t had much time to prepare either. With junior year and all, it’s really stressful. I try to do 2-3 practice tests every weekend, and lately I’ve just been drilling vocab. Any tips?
