<p>10 char is just a way to extend your post length so that it is longer than the necessary 10 characters needed to be posted. If you write anything that is less than 10 characters long a message will pop up saying that your message is too short.</p>
<p>10 chars is because CC won't let you post a reply with less than 10 characters... so if all you have to say is "me too" or "bump" or "lol" or something, you can add "10 chars" at the end to make it 10 characters so it will post</p>
