Let's Figure Out the Chem Curve!!

For those of you who got your Chemistry score, how many questions did you omit (if any) and how many (that you were sure of) did you get wrong?

i answered all of them and got 1 wrong (i think, maybe 2)

i got 800 btw

0 omits
2 definitely wrong not sure about any others.
800

=D

If I remember correctly, 3-4 wrong and 5-6 omit.

760.

I know I left 6 blank and I'm guessing around 4 wrong? and I got a 770.

i omitted one, and got probably 4-5 wrong for a 800

my guess is a raw score of around 80 is the cutoff for 800. My thinking is 4 questions wrong 0 omit, 5 points off, that seems reasonable for an 800 and consistent with practice books. I think the curve was a bit more generous for this test, looking at other peoples responses.

I got at least 4 wrong and got an 800.

i omitted 4 and got about 10 wrong
and i got a 670.

I left about 20 blank.
Im guessing 10-15 wrong.

I got a 580. =(
