<p>OK, I am not reading what I write, but if you care about that, then you are not getting it. I am just asking for help in not allowing my High School to continue cheating. If they would have cheated on my countrie’s national exam, people would now be paying the concequence. That isn’t happening. Just call the ACT and ask them to do something or something.</p>
<p>No one is advising you to cheat. But you have very little proof of cheating, and you have not approached the ACT in a constructive or helpful manner.</p>

<p>Thanks for your message. Getting ACT to change their policies met some resistance. Though I did not post the letters and mails, they are mine. I have mailed them in very few occasions to parents or students who have asked me about the issue. It is very nice to learn that all the effort may mean something to honest ACT international center administrators. Some important issues are:
1-ACT did finally change their policy, I am not sure if starting 2008 or 2009. It just probably took a long time before the information reached the correct person at ACT.
2-I do not want to have people finger-pointing at a specific international test center, because I do not know where and when it happened along the world. This is why XXXX replace names and places.</p>

<p>There’s your answer. They investigated, they found that the four test dates at your center did NOT have the same ACT exam questions, and they told you so.
Unless you have proof to the contrary in the form of actual test booklets, that’s the end of it.</p>
