<p>I believe it is a stronf publiuc university. Though it is not ranked in top 100 unis, the university certainly has strong programs in engineering, biology and other disciplines. New Orleans is a great place.</p>
<p>But, I am still confused as a whole. Though I am almost sure that I'll be enrolling there, I don't have much information about the college other than what its website provides.</p>

<p>it's not that good of a university. If you can afford it you should go to Tulane or Loyola even Xavier before going to UNO.</p>
