@redisthenewblack I had the exact same section. Was yours about zildjian cymbals? Mine was also section 7. No one else in my testing room had that experimental section. I finished in under ten minutes, it was insanely easy, and had shapes next to the underlined sentances with numbers (the numbers corresponded with the question being asked).

Based on what people are saying is experimental, I didn’t have any of those but I had to have an experimental section

@alexdude29 No, mine was about what happened in 1936 (?) when some radio station read out a science fiction novel about Martians taking over the Earth, on the air, but forgot to mention that it was just a book, so they made it seem like a news broadcast, so the listeners freaked out and fled their homes thinking that it was some kind of zombie apocalypse except there were Martians instead of zombies. The section talked about the effects and how it caused mass hysteria, and how the newspapers reported the whole thing in such a way as to make the radio industry look bad.

I’m pretty sure my experimental was a CR about urban/suburban innovations and it had a weird chart…

Did anyone get a math section with a line graph with initial cost and rate? I thought it was odd that there were like four questions on one graph.

Are there two different versions for the experiment section? Mine was CR and the passage was about root worms, and I don’t think I had any graph thing on any of my CR section.

I was able to tell that mine was experimental because it had an almost ACT like format to it. Shapes within the passage, and numbers within the shapes that referred to the question. Made it super-easy. Did yours have circles with numbers in them? @redisthenewblack

Guys, from what I’ve read, there are at LEAST three experimental sections floating around for each of the sections. (M, W, CR)

@GodsGems322 so there can be MORE than just 3 exp sections? o.0

Well, I had a math experimental and my writing sections definitely did not mention noodles or martians. Lol. Which means BOTH are experimental.

@GodGems322 I may be wrong but theres supposed to be only 1 experimental section for each SAT test.

I think I had 4 CR sections but nothing people have mentioned so far was on my test. I remember a section with the last SC question having the word “quiescent” in it and then a passage on illusions in art. Was that experimental?? Because I definitely did not have any writing or math experimentals people have been talking about.

^ I too had the same one.
People are claiming that the art illusion passage is experimental.

I have a question I had three writing sections two 35 minute ones and then one for the last section which was very short. Does this mean one of my writing was experimental??

Yes, @Ninja4life you usually only have two writing mc sections, so one of the 25 minute sections must have been experimental.

@Ninja4life What ^^^ said. Was one of your sections about a book called War of the Worlds?

@redisthenewblack, I did not have a section on War of the Worlds.
