<p>you can’t trust anything as the answers and curves have not been published. I think all of you want to accept the option that is most enticing - that CB is EVIL. In reality, a -3 can’t be 740…</p>

<p>I did a large amount of the consolidating and agreed with all of the answers. I received a -0 CR in March so I’m inclined to believe that the list was 100% correct.</p>
