<p>I’m a candidate for ELC (got top 12% letter a while ago) but have not received any other ELC letter. Will I be notified if I did not qualify for ELC or are letters only sent to the people who qualified? Do you know when the mailing will be completed?</p>

<p>My daughter got the 12 1/2% form in the spring and received the non-ELC letter (so not in the top 4%) in September. The non-ELC letter had an account already set up.</p>

<p>My daughter had started her own one, then realized she should switch to the UC-supplied one (she had to spend several hours redoing what she had already done). You should probably check with an admissions officer...</p>
