I’m not an Olympiad superstar, but I exceeded the usual standards in my own country. Anyway, I think what they were talking about were 2 essays on specific original investigations and 1 essay [the common app short] explaining, including statements on the personal websites/blogs of current mathematicians, how/why I am a Mathematician.</p>
