Letter of Continued Interest

Hi all,

Say I got waitlisted from Dartmouth ED this coming fall. When would be a good time to send a letter of continued interest?

You’re way ahead of yourself, Doo. Simmer down and circle back in December.

WOW, you are really planning ahead lol. But if you were to be waitlisted, send the letter immediately and follow up with questions about the waitlist admission process. That is what I did. I asked questions on a semi-weekly basis until May 1st. Just try to keep your name in their minds when it comes time to making decisions. BTW, I did get in off the waitlist.

i figured out the meaning of life is to chill… u shouldnt freak out … in any circumstance…

@Emek Chris: so that’s all u did?? emails and then a letter? congrats… =))

I did send in an extra essay and 2 recommendations though…

emekchris…if you don’t mind me asking…did you send the emails to your regional rep or just to the admissions office?
