<p>If I am applying to transfer to some difficult schools to get into, how important is it that both of my recommendations be from professors in my major? I'm only a freshman, so I think a professor outside of my major may know me better and be able to say more than another one of my professor's in my field. <p>Not a problem, particularly since you’re just a fr. Most students change their major within the first couple of years. Go with the best LOR.</p>
