Hi everyone,
so I'm currently a junior in high school. I asked my English teacher a couple weeks ago to write me a college recommendation letter and she said she was more than happy to. In her class, I participate actively and she knows I'm invested in her class. However, I have only met with her outside of class a couple times.

Now I'm deciding which teacher to ask for my 2nd LOR. I'm taking two math classes - AP Stats and AP Calc BC. I have an A in Stats, I sometimes participate. AP Stats teachers thinks I'm smart and says it will be "very easy" to write me a LOR. I've never met with him outside of class.
I have a B/B+ in CalcBC, and I don't participate in class. However, I meet with the teacher outside of class frequently. It's very easy for me to talk to her, and I feel that she knows me more as a person, and not just a student. She knows that I care about the class, because I see her in her office often. Additionally, she asks about my EC. I'm in student government, and recently I won an office position. CalcBC teacher found out and sent me an email congratulating me - she seemed geniuinely interested in my campaign.

Overall, I'm just not sure if I should ask my AP Stats or AP Calc teacher for a recommendation. For Stats, I'm afriad all the teacher will talk is my grade. For Calc, I'm worried that my teacher will talk about how I don't participate in class, and the fact that I have a B/B+!

What do you guys think?
