<p>I emailed one of my teachers and he ended up scanning his letter/the forms required for my school and just emailed it to me. I printed it and mailed it. </p>
<p>You should see if your school specifically lets you submit it online though, or see if they allow faxes. I know commonapp doesn’t let you do this online form thing for transfers but USC will let you upload your documents to their website. I think me printing it out and sending it myself might ruin some credibility since I was able to read the letter before sending it out…</p>
<p>If by online you mean upload a LOR into the CA, it isn’t possible for Transfers.</p>
<p>Call or email the schools and ask how they want you to do it, or plan ahead and send by snail mail.</p>
