I'm wondering because I'm looking up whether the schools I'm applying to require their own form of teacher evaluation, and whether or not I should print this</p>
<p>If you’re referring to inviting them on the commonapp then yes, they get the exact same thing.
The first three question (how long have you known this student and in what context etc…) and the table of questions to rank the student and then space to fill in extra info.</p>
