<p>Will colleges a copied letter of recommendation? The recommender is living oversea and he doesnot trust the mailing system of that country. So if he signs it with a seal and email it to me to print it out, will it work? Plus, i will have him a note stating that he authorizes this.</p>
<p>I'm not so sure. You might have to contact the college in question to verify if this is alright. I think this is generally frowned upon, because it completely destroys the air of confidentiality. </p>
<p>I think if this recommender is a teacher, it would be better to have him email the recommendation directly from a verifiable school account with his name in the address.</p>
