<p>You can, but the letters should be postmarked by the deadline. For example, if the application deadline was 12/15, then your letter should have been postmarked on 12/15 at the post office.</p>
<p>It may hurt your chances if your letters are sent in late…did you make sure your teachers sent them?</p>
