<p>Hey, i was wondering what % of accepted applicants get a likely letter. I did not recieve one and would like to know if all hope is lost.</p>
<p>UPenn probably does not publish the percentage. Likely letters, in general, are normally just sent to a few people. As have been repeated on these forums constantly, the vast majority of accepted applicants will never receive likely letters.</p>

<p>Last year Penn admitted 3845 students, 200 of whom received likely letters.</p>
